JaruriGo offers refunds in the following situations:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product
Order canceled before dispatch
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.
After verification, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or wallet depending on the payment used.
Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed to the customer's wallet or UPI.
